Barrymore can't believe her "Hollywood beauty" tag

BEIJING, Jan. 16 -- Actress Drew Barrymore is amazed she has been declared a "Hollywood beauty" as she has struggled with acne her whole life.

The "Charlie's Angels" star said that she is always struggling with acne problem and battles to keep her skin clear.

"My only beauty recommendation is zit cream. I couldn't live without it. I get zits all the time and they annoy me more than anything else in the world. I've used every face wash, acne cream, everything," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

The 32-year-old actress also admitted that she still lacks confidence in her appearance.

"It's so funny because people say, 'You've got such great skin', and I'm like, 'Are you kidding?'

"I guess now I'm getting older I'm getting more wrinkles to go with the pimples.

Amy Winehouse's Grammy Performance — Love It or Leave It?

While Amy Winehouse couldn't quite make it to last night's Grammy Awards in LA, she still performed during the show via telecast from London. It was her first big outing since saying yes, yes, yes to rehab and the night's big winner looked a lot better than she has recently. That being said, I'm sure she still has a ways to go in terms of getting better. Check out the performance below (where she changes the lyrics to "Rehab" to talk about her "Blake incarcerated") and let us know — love it or leave it?

Tragedy strikes family a second time By Robert Slager/ rslager@cnc.com A little angel has been whispering into Amy Johnson's ear every day since June 7. The voice of her little sister Kristen, forever frozen in time, is pleading with her to fight a little bit longer. "I know it's true," said Carol Henderson of Wareham, who lost one daughter to a car accident a decade ago and may now lose another. "Amy has injuries that you and I could not have survived." Amy Johnson, who moved from Wareham to Bridgewater just a few weeks ago, lost control of her car in the early morning and slammed into a tree near Exit 2 on I-495, suffering massive internal injuries. She remains in a coma in the intensive care unit of Brigham and Woman's Hospital.

Early childhood education: Avoiding expulsions

Trinity Day School in Tulsa praises the work of a little-known Oklahoma program for improving the behavior of children in its classrooms and strengthening the school's curriculum.

The Child Care Consultation program fits a recommendation made by a national panel last week as a way to reduce expulsions in early childhood programs.

Allison Geary, special projects coordinator for the nationally accredited Trinity Day School, said the school has used the consultants at least seven times in the last six months.

"It benefits our school as a whole," Geary said. "Parents can have more confi dence that we are not only relying on our own instincts and knowledge, which are good, but also on the body of scholarly research to follow best practices."

The program's goal is to keep children enrolled in centers when they might be in danger of being asked to leave.

Maybe some people are saying I am only just playing for a new contract but that doesn't bother me because I am an honest player," he added. "Six years ago, I was playing in the third division, so this is the best thing which as happened in my career to be playing for Rangers in the Champions League.

"Playing against Barcelona would mean a lot to me. They are obviously a big team and a Spanish team as well, so all the time you love to play against teams from your home country. Me, Carlos and every player in the changing rooms would love to be on the pitch against such a massive club."

If there was a predictable lack of tiredness from Scotland call-offs Scott Brown and Alan Hutton, Barcelona on Tuesday will be the third massive game in seven days for Barry Ferguson, despite him playing through a thigh problem sustained in the first half.
